of our Inner Sanctum Sanctorum

more than any other Spiritual or holy experience.

Those do not come easy, they must be earned...

The Healing Force of the Universe 

Is Always Highly Responsive

Eternally seeking to Restore Balance and Harmony
in every field of suffering
whether it be Mental, Physical or Emotional.

Often Unconscious Blockages or Resistance

that stand in its way must be cleared first.

Healing Light

* A Short Healing Meditation i created and have been practicing
  as part of my contribution in helping alleviate all kinds of suffering in the world

  whether Physical, Emotional or Mental, such as Illness, Grief, Sorrow etc.

 
*If visualising difficult, just feeling the energy is fine

*No need for deep trans

*Can be done standing under a door
 to help stability when eyes closed
 but can be done sitting comfortably in a chair
 or even when lying in bed in the morning or at night
 but risk of falling asleep before completion.

* Beneficial as a personal meditation

  or when there is need to help others

  or generally our Humanity

  by just visualising our planet inside the Vortex.

*Note that we cannot change anyone regarding behavioural problems,
 we can only send positive energy and good will to benefit them
 to be helped from within their own selves

*Some types of illness require practical help, such as medications etc
 much like we need a light bulb to tap electricity into it.

*Ultimately we should bear in mind that at one time or other
 we are all subject to a passage towards a temporary transformation
 abiding to a Will greater than ours and our limited knowing of Its purpose.

Healing Light

Stand up straight, under a Door - preferably facing East

Extend each hand and rest palms on each side of the door

Close your Eyes, take a Slow Deep Breath then Exhale

Visualise a white Bright Light Beam
extending through your Body
from the Center of your Heart
Upwards towards the Infinite Above
and Downwards to the Infinite Below

Let it stream its way on Each Direction Continually

Feel like you are Becoming One with it.

Now visualise another Beam
extending through your Body
from the Center of your Heart
towards the Infinite Left and Infinite Right

Feel the Balance and Constant Flow of Both Beams

Merge your Self with them.

Through the Center of your Heart
visualise another Beam extending Infinitely

In Front of you as well as Behind you

Feel the Three Dimensional Flow of Energy
as it extends in all directions
Up/Down – Left/Right – Front/Back.

Now from the Center of your Heart
visualise a Dot that steadily grows and changes
into a Sphere of Light that Envelopes your Body
Connecting and Merging with Each of the Beams
filling the space in between

and spreading towards Infinity in Each Direction.

Feel your Self as the Center of It for a few seconds

See a Wave of that Energy Envelope you
from just Below your feet Upwards like a Vortex
then Cascading Downwards Over your head.

Let the image of a person that needs
Help, Love, Healing or Grief Relief
to Form inside the Vortex of this Energy
and Become Enveloped by It.

See the Light Change

from White to Purple, then Blue,

then Red, then Iridescent Gold
then Back to Pure Brilliant White.

Pray for Healing and Help for this Person
and Extend towards All people who may need it

Including Oneself ...

Open your eyes and rest quietly for a few seconds.

                           Scintillating Light

                       

I have been practicing this meditation for a few weeks now
at various times i.e. early morning or night
and it seems there are some amazing results in regards
to triggering /registering something in the brain centers???.

A couple of nights ago i tried to do the visualisation at bed time
but was too tired and fell asleep pretty quick
which i realised only when i woke up in the middle of the night.

I was too sleepy to start again and went back to sleep
but milliseconds before i woke up in the morning
either in a dream state or in between dream and waking
i saw the vision of a Body Bathed in Brilliant Light,
wrapped in a Vortex of Scintillating White-Gold iridescent Light.

I heard the Observer part of my brain saying:

" If this is not Healing Energy, i dont know what Is!"

This indicates to me that even though i failed to complete it
through tiredness, repetition of it has started to affect
brain centers and it works even if unaware of it
or even when asleep without any conscious control of the process.
