The Night is Ending...
Although it reflects a true and deep wish to finish with this Life
The Night is Ending...
This is what was produced
at 4.45 am yesterday morning
while still asleep in a
dream...
It appears i was Blogging a
message to the Universe
because it was there ready
pouring out of my brain
before i could even open my
eyes and collect my thoughts
while sleepily and
frantically fumbling in the dark
to locate the book and
pencil in my iPad pouch beside my bed...
Although it reflects a true and deep wish to finish with this Life
i do not feel as desperate as
that all the time.
I believe what influenced this
entry practically created
during my sleep, is an additionally
inflicted deep, dull,
heavy pain throughout day and night
due to nursing a broken rib for the fourth time
making moving and breathing
more difficult and laborious
than already and adding to the intensity of
constant
chronic pain in so many ailing areas.
Today i feel better ...
perhaps some release of endorphins
is soothing the trauma.

The Only Universe

open to interpretation
depending on the mind frame
of the individual
so i will expand and
clarify here the intended meaning:
I am Naturally part of the
Universe
even if an Insignificant
one.
I participate in it my own
little way
whether elected or consequential
The World events and the Cosmic
events
affect me in indirect often
imperceptible ways
Coming to my Own personal
Universe
the way i live and on what
and how
i choose to concentrate on
a daily basis
has an immediate and far
more significant impact
than whatever is happening
in my surrounding world.
If i choose to concentrate
in the Past
and wallow and ferment in resentments
this impacts on my feelings
Now
and the way i express and
my Life in general
from day to day.
If i choose to immerse myself
into Poetry
Painting or Literature,
this is what colours
my mind and emotions and
the way i express
and my Life in general from
day to day
If i choose to concentrate
on spirituality
and the Consciousness or
Love of the Universe
that’s how i build a world
of comfort and security
Real or Imaginary and this
is affects my thoughts
and feelings and my Life in
general from day to day
If i choose to take Cosmic
Scale Science trips
about how the universe
originated, is expanding
or operating, this also can
affect my thoughts
and feelings and my Life in
general from day to day
None of these ways Real elected
interests
or Plain Attempts of Escaping
a Painful Past or Present
or Approaching Inevitable Future,
can help alter things,
until faced and dealt with consciously
but the choices i make affect my thoughts and feelings
and have an Impact in my Day
to Day Life
in a More Real and Direct
way than the World events
or the Cosmic Scale ones...
So, My Body, the Quality of
my Thoughts and Feelings
are the Only Universe that
matters
and is directly relevant to
me and my everyday Life
